SAN FRANCISCO--(BW HealthWire)--July 19, 1999--
AccuImage Diagnostics Corp. (OTC-BB: AIDP) announced today that the company's attorneys, Severson and Werson of San Francisco, have filed a Form 10-SB with the SEC in order to become a reporting company. The 10-SB filing is subject to SEC review. Upon approval, AccuImage will be in compliance with the amended NASD OTC Eligibility Rules 6530 and 6540. These rules require an issuer to file periodic reports with the SEC for permission to be quoted on the NASD OTC Bulletin Board.
