Article: Saddam Hussein blasts peace with Israel.

BAGHDAD, Iraq, July 17 (UPI)

Iraqi President Saddam Hussein has blasted Arab leaders seeking peace Israel and urged oil-producing countries to confront what he called ``American domination'' of oil resources and prices.

In a televised speech marking 31 years since the ruling Ba'ath Socialist Party took control of the country in a military coup, Hussein today criticized ``some Arab leaders who are running after a (peace) settlement'' with Israel. He blasted Arab leaders ``who have built high hopes'' on new Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Barak.

Hussein said that the change of leadership in Israel is ``a mere exchange of role-playing only.'' ...
