DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 22, 1999--
Intellicall, Inc. (AMEX:ICL) today announced the signing of a letter of agreement with Medicion y Electronica, S.A. de C.V. (MESA) as a distributor in Mexico for its ASTRATEL 2(TM) intelligent payphones.
MESA, a privately held corporation, imports telecommunications, computers, and test equipment and provides assembly and sub-assembly services as required.
