IT'S AN ARTICLE OF FAITH among trout fishermen that the trout in most waters do up to 80 percent of their feeding on the subsurface food organisms anglers commonly call nymphs (never mind that some of them are actually larvae, pupae, crustaceans, aquatic worms or whatever).
