In September, 1997 the Board of the Directors (the ``Board'') of Ecology Pure Air International Inc. (``EPAI'') engaged the services of CIBC Oppenheimer Inc. (``Oppenheimer''), New York Office, an investment advisory group to assist in its discussions with various third parties involving the commercialization of EPAI's proprietary technology.
