INDIANAPOLIS, July 23 /PRNewswire/ -- IIRC today announced they have signed an agreement with Dell Computer Corporation (Nasdaq: DELL) to supply Dell with a fifteen web site Internet recruiting strategy aimed at meeting Dell Computer Corporation's hiring needs over the next twelve months.
