Telecom Wireless Corp. (OTC BB: NOYR) Monday announced it has executed a definitive agreement to acquire Prentice Technologies Inc., (http://www.PrenticeTechnologies.com).
The acquisition of Prentice Technologies will provide Telecom Wireless with the foundation to continue its strategy to converge Internet Service Providers (ISPs), Competitive Local Exchange Providers (CLECs) and Application Service Providers (ASPs) building its digital wireless platform to deliver products and services over the Internet.
