NEW YORK--(ENTERTAINMENT WIRE)--July 26, 1999--
New York-based Bree Sharp's debut album, "A Cheap and Evil Girl," is set for release on July 27.
The 23-year-old singer-songwriter's premiere single "David Duchovny" is officially receiving radio airplay nationwide -- including Chicago, Boston, New York, Detroit and Atlanta.
The instantly memorable and strangely playful "David Duchovny" single is about Bree's infatuation with "The X-Files" star. "I'm a huge fan of the show," she says, "and while the song is about David Duchovny specifically, it's also a song about pop stars in general and our desires to meet them, know them and be them."
