Hyatt is expanding its presence in the country's fourth-largest city by adding the 350-room Hyatt Regency Penn's Landing on Philadelphia's revitalized waterfront, according to an announcement today by Chicago-based Hyatt Hotels Corporation.

The new hotel, destined to be a landmark, is an important addition to the Delaware River waterfront. The hotel is currently under construction and is scheduled to be completed in August 2000.

The hotel will be owned by Penn's Landing Partners L.P., a joint venture of Keating Development Company and Somerset Holdings. The hotel will be managed by Hyatt Hotels ...
