The InterCept Group, Inc. (Nasdaq: ICPT), a provider of fully integrated electronic products and services for community financial institutions, today announced the signing of a Letter of Intent with The Bankers Bank and TIB-The Independent BankersBank. The letters are the first step towards merging The Banker's Bank and TIB's Internet banking businesses, customers and operations into The InterCept Group's Internet banking subsidiary, which provides Internet and telephone banking products and services to financial institutions across the United States.
