Jul. 29 -- The Boston Red Sox pitched their new ballpark plan to a sellout crowd last night -- about half of whom voiced some support for a new Fenway Park and about half of whom opposed it.

Even standing room was in short supply as up to 300 people packed the meeting room at the Boston Architectural Center in the Back Bay, and more were forced to listen in an adjoining room.

For a little over an hour, the Red Sox detailed their plan and proposed transportation improvements they seek to help the neighborhood accommodate the 10,000 more fans per game coming to the new ballpark. Afterward, the public -- ...
