PROJECT OVERVIEW:
A joint venture consisting of MURRAY & ROBERTS of South Africa and its Middle East partner, AL HABTOOR, has received a letter of intent enabling them to proceed ahead with the construction of a marina mall project in Abu Dhabi.
The marina mall project, in question, reportedly represents an important break-through for MURRAY & ROBERTS as it is the first project the group is undertaking in Abu Dhabi.
