New products keep rolling out from IJspaleis B.V., the Sprundel, Holland-based ice cream producer that also just happens to command 45% of the country's frozen food home delivery business. Its fleet of 120 refrigerated Mercedes mini-vans are stocked with everything from pizza and potatoes frites to Vietnamese-style loempias and chocolate cornetinos.
While 60% of the company's turnover comes from the home delivery sector, retail ice cream volume sales have been growing steadily.
