The gap between technology and textbooks closed even further with the announcement that SPSS Inc. (Nasdaq: SPSS) signed a distribution agreement with Harcourt College Publishers. Harcourt will include student versions of SPSS 9.0 for Windows with certain textbooks.
The combined resources are expected to be available in early August 1999, enabling students the opportunity to incorporate traditional textbook learning with hands-on experience using leading data analysis software.
