Arkansas residents are fighting a textbook battle over the next presidential namesake
LITTLE ROCK, ARK.--Today, the site is little more than weeds, rats, and crumbling warehouses. Not a shovelful of earth has yet been turned. Instead, accusations, recriminations, and litigation are roiling Little Rock like a summer squall.
