Food allergy sufferers need control what food they eat, and they are turning to kitchen electrics to do it.
Even more than Americans who obsess about dieting, consumers with food allergies are extremely concerned with the ingredients in their food. This has created a potential market for food prep tools that allow consumers to easily make meals from scratch.
