NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 10, 1999--
TV Guide, Inc. Chairman and CEO Joe Kiener today announced the creation of a single sales structure "TV Guide Media Sales," integrating the existing advertising sales organizations for the company's print, cable, online and interactive platforms.
Dick Porter, 42, currently Senior Vice President and Publisher of TV Guide Magazine Group, was named the Executive Vice President and General Manager of TV Guide Media Sales. In addition, Chris Manning, 43, currently Vice President, National Advertising for TV Guide Networks, was named Senior Vice President of TV Guide Media Sales. He will report directly to Porter.
