The Board of Directors of the Company is pleased to announce that the Company's subsidiary in Poland, International Eco-Waste Systems S.A. ("IEWS"), has recently received debt financing offers from two Polish banks to purchase technology and equipment from K.E. ANDERSEN MONTAGE A/S ("Andersen") for a rendering plant of the 240 tonnes/day capacity in Zabokliki, Poland. One financing is offered in US currency and the second in Polish currency.
