Porta Systems Corp. (ASE:PSI) today reported an operating loss for the quarter ended June 30, 1999 of $2,107,000 compared to operating income of $1,451,000 for the quarter ended June 30, 1998.
The Company recorded a net loss of $2,940,000, $(0.31) per share (basic and diluted) versus net income of $503,000, $0.05 per share (basic and diluted), for the quarters ended June 30, 1999 and 1998, respectively.
