LAKE BUENA VISTA, Fla., Aug. 16 /PRNewswire/ -- Amid fanfare reminiscent of grand transatlantic oceanliners of the past -- including a sail-away party with musicians and actors in period costumes, a sea of streamers, water-spraying tug boats and thousands of raised champagne flutes -- Disney Wonder left its home port of Port Canaveral, Fla., on her maiden voyage Sunday afternoon.

Disney's second ship will call on the Port of Nassau and Castaway Cay, Disney's private island paradise. Then spend a day at sea prior to returning to Port Canaveral Thursday morning.
