Governor Continues Historic Commitment to PA's Public Libraries
ERIE, Pa., Aug. 18 /PRNewswire/ -- Pennsylvania Gov. Tom Ridge today delivered $500,000 in capital budget redevelopment assistance funds to help expand and renovate the Raymond M. Blasco, M.D. Memorial Library -- the main library in the Erie County Public Library system. The funding will help expand the popular and overcrowded Mead Children's Library and the Heritage Room, used extensively for research.
