DENISON, Texas, Aug. 19 /PRNewswire/ -- HORIZON Pharmacies, Inc. (Amex: HZP) today announced the appointment of Nicholas Macmillan to the position of Vice President of Home Medical Equipment ("HME") Operations. Macmillan will be responsible for the management and sales of existing HME operations as well as the growth of this business segment through expansion and acquisitions.
