WASHINGTON, Aug. 19 /PRNewswire/ -- The Dietary Guidelines for Americans should be structured into two tiers, "to ensure that the most important dietary information is emphasized to consumers, so that they can understand and act on this guidance," according to the National Food Processors Association.
