COVENTRY, R.I., Aug. 26 /PRNewswire/ -- JD AMERICAN WORKWEAR, INC. (OTC Bulletin Board: JDAW) ("JD American" or the "Company") reports that it has entered into an agreement to acquire all of the issued and outstanding capital stock of Patina Corporation, a privately held Florida corporation. Closing of the acquisition is subject to the satisfaction of a number of conditions (as discussed below) including, but not limited to, shareholder approval.
