LONDON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 26, 1999--
The Board of GS Telecom Limited (OTC BB: GARD) announce that they are considering a proposal to separate, into a new public company, the special effects software and interests in four special effects movie companies acquired by them earlier this year. This will, in the opinion of the Board, enable the value of these assets to be realised in the best interests of the shareholders.
It is planned that all shareholders in GS Telecom Limited will receive a share in the new company on a one for one basis. The management and financing of the new company, which is still to be determined, is planned to be independent of GS ...
