More than likely, the back-to-school bug is beginning to bite.
Middle-schoolers may start thinking fondly of old friends in hallways or their favorite hangout on campus. And the younger set, probably just as excited, is probably thinking about a set of pristine crayons or a brand-new backpack.
But are they really ready to go back? If they've been going to bed with David Letterman and waking up just before "Days of Our Lives," chances are the little scholars will not feel charged up on the first day of school.
