NORTHBROOK, Ill.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 1, 1999--
The Children's Beverage Group, Inc. (OTC/BB: TCBG) and Warrenton Products, Inc have come to terms in principal on a new manufacturing agreement. The Children's Beverage Group, Inc will now hire, manage and control the specific area in the Warrenton facility which produces The Children's Beverage Group Inc. product line.
