BrasilSat Harald Assumes Full Control of Joint Venture
PEORIA, Ill., Sept. 2 /PRNewswire/ -- ROHN Industries, Inc. (Nasdaq: ROHN), a leading provider of wireless infrastructure equipment for the telecommunications industry, announced today that it has reached a definitive agreement to sell its 49% interest in Rohn BrasilSat S.A. to BrasilSat Harald S.A. for approximately $915,000. Rohn BrasilSat was formed in December 1997 as a joint venture between ROHN and BrasilSat Harald S.A., a privately held tower manufacturer and installer headquartered in Curitiba, Brazil.
