HEIDI A. NAULEAU, 41, HAS BEEN NAMED CHAIRMAN OF THE board of Cold Metal Products Inc., Youngstown, Ohio, succeeding R. Quintus Anderson, who will continue as a director and executive committee chairman.
Nauleau chairs the Aarque Companies, a management and investment group in Jamestown, N.Y., that is the principal investor in Cold Metal Products.
Nauleau has served as chief executive officer of Kardex Systems, an Aarque company. Having worked at Kardex in various capacities since 1981, she became CEO in 1996 and orchestrated its turnaround through intensified new product development efforts and management reorganization.
