BURBANK, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 7, 1999--
dick clark restaurants inc., a subsidiary of dick clark productions inc. (Nasdaq:DCPI) has signed a development agreement with Host Marriott Services Corp. (NYSE:HMS), allowing Host Marriott Services to operate an adaptation of "Dick Clark's American Bandstand Grill(R)" within airport food service locations.
The new units licensed and developed by Host Marriott Services will average 2,000 square feet and will be called "Dick Clark's Bandstand -- Food, Spirits & Fun." Potential airport cities are currently in negotiation.
