Top Spanish bathroom products manufacturer Roca Radiadores has announced an agreement to acquire a majority stake in Swiss company Keramik Holding AG Laufen for the sum of Euro 258.43 million (43,000 million Pesetas). The operation, subject to the approval of the appropriate authorities, will take place in two stages. First of all, Roca will buy a mix of registered and bearer shares from Swiss family Gerster. Roca will then launch a public bid for the remaining shares. The price offered includes a 20% premium on the value of the shares on the Swiss stock market.
