Cocoa pulverization systems have been part of the Buhler range of products for more than two decades. These installations have undergone continuous refinement as a result of the systematic further development of the proven machines. A new generation of SCR/SCN pulverizers has now been launched, developed on the basis of the knowledge gained with an initial prototype, which has been in continuous operation since 1991.
