HOLLAND, MICH. -- MHR Inc., which repairs polyurethane mix heads, expects its purchase of JVC Machine to improve quality control by bringing mix-head manufacturing in-house.
Both firms are located in Holland. MHR had been the primary customer for JVC Machine.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Mix heads are used in reaction injection molding. The heads blend two components together. JVC manufactured metal parts for the mix heads.
