WASHINGTON, Sept. 13 /PRNewswire/ -- The American Payroll Association and the U. S. Treasury Department will honor 17 public and private sector organizations for their efforts to make it easy for employees to invest, steadily and safely, in the new inflation-indexed Series I savings bond.
