Suzanne Manory wears many different hats -- all of them chefs' hats -- as test kitchen manager for Cuisinart.
Manory, a registered dietitian, creates recipes that help consumers use Cuisinart kitchenware products. She's the voice of the consumer during the product development cycle, and as food stylist, she prepares the dishes seen on Cuisinart packaging. She even conducts product demonstrations and serves lunch at the Housewares and Gourmet Products shows.
HFN: Describe your duties in the test kitchen.
