SAN FRANCISCO, Sept. 20 /PRNewswire/ -- ENCAD(R), Inc. (Nasdaq: ENCD), a San Diego based manufacturer of large format inkjet printers, announced today that the Superior Court of the State of California has granted its motion seeking a preliminary worldwide injunction enjoining Hewlett-Packard Company (NYSE: HWP) from selling its own large-size printers at below-cost under its "Cash In & Trade Up" program.
