CINCINNATI, Sept. 21 /PRNewswire/ -- Provident Bank President and CEO Robert L. Hoverson announced the acquisition of Capstone Realty Advisors, LLC. With headquarters in Cleveland, Ohio and offices in Columbus and Cincinnati, Capstone originates permanent, long-term, fixed rate commercial real estate loans primarily for life insurance companies.
