MINNEAPOLIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 21, 1999--
National Car Rental today announced that it has been selected as the official car rental company of Pebble Beach Resorts and the courtesy car rental company of the 100th U.S. Open, which will be held at the prestigious Pebble Beach Golf Links June 15-18, 2000.
National Car Rental's sponsorship also includes being the official car rental company of the Callaway Golf Pebble Beach Invitational, Nov. 15-21, 1999, and the historic 17-Mile Drive, a scenic toll road winding through Pebble Beach.
