NEW YORK, Sept. 24 /PRNewswire/ -- The Audio Engineering Society (AES) will award an honorary membership to Norio Ohga, chairman of Sony Corporation, in a ceremony to be held this morning at the Jacob Javits Convention Center. "This award is an extremely rare honor," noted Roger Furness, executive director of the AES. "During our 51-year history, a select group of industry titans have received honorary membership.
