China has the ability to produce 204 acid dyes. More than 100 acid dyes are actually produced and 81 of them have normal production. Table 1 shows the output of acid dyes in China in the 90's.
If classified by property, in all the acid dyes produced in China strong acid varieties account for 38%, weak acid varieties account for 34%, acid mordant varieties account for 13%, neutral varieties (1:2 metal complex varieties) account for 15%, and there are only 2 acid complex varieties (1:1 metal complex varieties) with little output.
If classified by chromatographic parameter, in all the acid dyes produced in China red and blue dyes have the greatest varieties, ...
