PHOENIX, Sept. 28 /PRNewswire/ -- CSK Auto Corporation (NYSE: CAO) announced today that its wholly-owned subsidiary CSK Auto, Inc. has entered into a definitive agreement with Microsoft Corp. (Nasdaq: MSFT) under which its subsidiary, CSKAUTO.COM, Inc., will be the exclusive auto parts e-commerce provider promoted on MSN CarPoint (http://carpoint.msn.com/), the Web's premier, all makes and models, automotive shopping and information site.
