ENGLEWOOD, Colo.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 29, 1999--
Telecom Wireless Corp. (OTC BB:NOYR) Wednesday announced it has closed the acquisition of Prentice Technologies Inc., a consolidator of Enterprise ASPs. Telecom Wireless exchanged its common stock for 90% of the outstanding stock of Prentice.
The two firms have been in negotiations since April. "We've been looking forward to this day for months," commented Shawn Richmond, President of Prentice.
