Neka pipeline bid evaluation narrowed down

A list of 13 consortia bidding for the $400 million Neka-Tehran oil pipeline construction project has been pared down to eight as the National Iranian Oil Company (NIOC) aims for the start of work in the spring. Four groups led by UK, French, Chinese and South Korean firms are described as favourites by industry sources.
