Sale of 55.64 per cent of the share capital of the Suez Mechanical Stevedoring Company. The company is the largest Egyptian general stevedoring company operating in the Gulf of Suez and Red Sea ports. It was established in 1981 as a joint stock company and converted in 1991 to a Law 203 company under the ownership of the Holding Company for Transport and its maritime affiliates.
