* The local Hayel Said Am Group is to rebuild at an estimated cost of $20 million the tobacco factory in Taiz which burnt down on 30 August. The fire was caused by an electrical fault, the company says. The plant was the only local producer of foreign-brand cigarettes, manufacturing Rothmans under licence from British American Tobacco.
