Just ask the owners of Fabri-Tech Sheet Metal Inc. When they outgrew their shop on Vandeventer Avenue, they looked at dozens of sites across the metropolitan area for a new home. But in the end, they found just what they wanted in a nearly 80-year-old building just a few blocks away in the city.
