COPENHAGEN, Denmark and DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--September 30, 1999--
Olicom A/S (Nasdaq NMS:OLCMF) ("Olicom" or "the Company"), today announced that it has signed a definitive agreement with VITAL Network Services that will provide world-wide warranty and technical support to Olicom customers who own or purchase Olicom Fast Ethernet, ATM, or Enterprise products. This agreement, effective October 1, 1999, will provide continuous support to Olicom customers as Olicom continues with its restructuring. In addition, VITAL Network Services will provide configuration, assembly and test services for Olicom Enterprise products.
