WASHINGTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 30, 1999--
The New England Congressional Caucus and the New England Council met on Capitol Hill with EPA New England Administrator John P. DeVillars to outline the region's most critical environmental concerns and priorities. The Caucus is an organization comprised of the region's 23 members of the U. S. House of Representatives and chaired by Reps. Richard Neal (D-MA) and Charles Bass (R-NH).
