PALO ALTO, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 4, 1999--
Agilent Technologies, Inc. today announced that its common stock will list on the New York Stock Exchange. Effective upon the consummation of the company's initial public offering, its common stock will trade under the symbol "A".
Agilent Technologies is the diversified technology company formed by Hewlett-Packard Company's plan to strategically realign itself into two fully independent companies.
