ONO Increases Shareholdings in Santander and Andalucia
MADRID, Oct. 5 /PRNewswire/ -- ONO/Cableuropa, Spain's leading broadband communications operator, announced today that it has reached an agreement to divest its 20 holding in Cable i Televisio de Catalunya S.A (CTC), the cable operator which serves the Cataluna region of Spain under the brand name MENTA. Spaincom, one the largest shareholders of ONO, has also agreed to divest its direct and indirect 20 investment in CTC on the same terms.
